Press Pause: Join an editorial team for 180 minutes

Introduction
180 minutes x 10 humans creating content for a magazine that gets other humans to think differently about their day-to-day lives.
The magazine will be made offline, away from your screen, made by hand and created from waste (cardboard, old magazines and other crafty stuff).
The topic for this edition
Life without electricity
Electronics are among the fastest-growing waste streams on the planet. Every charger, screen, speaker, and “smart” thing eventually ends up in the trash. (Fact: the smarter the device, the sooner it stops working; usually because of software, not the hardware.)
Imagine your week without electricity.
The human team
a group of max. 10 people consisting of makers (designer, illustrator, painter, fashion designer, autonomous artist, …) and tellers (copywriter, poet, researcher, story writer, social designer, philosopher, psychologist, researcher, …).
The schedule
3 hours total, 120 minutes of creating
- 20min — Introduction and inspiration
- 60min — Part 1: creating
- 10min — Break
- 60min — Part 2: react on the creation of the opposite Team
- 30min — Outro: reflection moment.

Bring yourself and some craft materials (if you have). I will provide some snacks and drinks. No expectations, it is about getting together and having some fun!
The work you make during the workshop will be documented. By taking part, you give SUSx permission to share your work online and use the work as inspiration to create a magazine.
